Holy Anger
Today's full moon is quite feisty.
We have the potential to unlock our deepest truth by connecting to our anger.
And today is much easier to bridge our frustration, irritation and anger to our own unique sense of spiritual wisdom and destiny.
Making it a holy fire and potential personal awakening.
So let's take this step by step with a little questionnaire to see if this is true for us or not...
Imagine something you're angry about (please start with something very small to practice)
Now, can you experience the anger without the story of why you are angry and not allow the way you feel to deplete you in any way? Okay, excellent.
Can you agree to not hold yourself hostage with the anger and trust it will move on?
(Because it's energy and energy moves) Awesome. Can you agree to release anyone else you are holding hostage with it too? (Just do your best. ;) Okay great.
Can you now imagine your anger as a soft flame that can illuminate what it is you truly want and need?
And can you step towards that feeling of what it is you truly want and agree to use your soft flame as a helper-best friend buddy that no longer hurts you or anyone else in it's way? Can you also allow the warmth of the flame to nourish you and deepen your purpose here on earth?
Wow. Good job!
And wa la, holy anger.
